Position Overview:
We are seeking a Chief Digital Asset Strategist to pioneer the design and deployment of blockchain-based financial solutions across Bahrain. This role demands a deep understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems, tokenized assets, and decentralized finance (DeFi) frameworks, combined with strategic oversight for regulatory alignment and cross-border digital asset management.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for digital assets, including stablecoins, tokenized securities, and decentralized finance solutions.

Collaborate with financial institutions, regulators, and technology partners to ensure seamless integration of digital asset solutions.

Drive remote, multi-disciplinary teams in designing blockchain-based financial infrastructures with strong scalability and security protocols.

Conduct market research and scenario analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks in digital finance.

Provide thought leadership in global fintech forums, contributing to policy, innovation, and adoption standards.
Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

Minimum 12 years of experience in digital finance, blockchain strategy, or fintech innovation.

Proven track record in cryptocurrency advisory, digital asset strategy, or DeFi implementation.

Deep knowledge of Bahrain’s regulatory frameworks and global compliance standards.

Strong leadership, project management, and remote collaboration skills.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience designing tokenized asset ecosystems or managing crypto hedge funds.

Strong publications or presentations in fintech innovation, blockchain, or digital assets.
