Position Purpose
The Chief Digital Asset & Financial Intelligence Strategist will direct the conceptualization and execution of next-generation digital asset ecosystems, AI-enabled market intelligence architectures, and cross-border transaction governance systems. The role will establish Bahrain as a digital finance thought leader, ensuring full alignment with global asset digitization standards, data governance frameworks, and next-gen financial analytics ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

Architect and supervise a national-scale digital asset infrastructure, integrating blockchain-based tokenization, smart contracts, and AI-led governance systems.

Develop and oversee real-time financial intelligence engines for predictive analytics, capital flow forecasting, and systemic risk monitoring.

Align Bahrain’s fintech strategies with global digital asset standardization initiatives and GCC interoperability frameworks.

Lead cross-functional collaboration between financial regulators, fintech startups, and AI data governance entities.

Formulate ethical, secure, and resilient frameworks for digital asset custody, data liquidity, and market integrity.
Qualifications

Master’s or Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance, Computational Economics, or Blockchain Systems.

Over 12 years of experience in digital asset ecosystems, financial intelligence, or fintech regulation.

Proven proficiency in AI predictive modeling, DLT governance, and algorithmic market surveillance.

Advanced knowledge of GCC fintech policy harmonization and Bahrain’s digital innovation regulatory frameworks.
