Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will champion technological innovation while orchestrating enterprise initiatives that strengthen resilience, accelerate growth, and establish market leadership across the Gulf and beyond.
Executive Leadership Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization’s long-term digital banking ecosystem strategy.

Lead modernization of enterprise banking platforms and financial infrastructure.

Oversee AI-enabled operational transformation and intelligent automation initiatives.

Drive API-first financial architecture supporting scalable ecosystem integration.

Establish strategic alliances with financial institutions, payment providers, and technology innovators.

Chair enterprise technology governance and innovation councils.

Lead executive investment planning for emerging financial technologies.

Build and mentor high-performing executive leadership teams.

Represent the organization at international banking and fintech summits.
Executive Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.

15+ years of executive leadership within fintech, banking, enterprise technology, or digital transformation.

Demonstrated expertise delivering large-scale technology modernization programmes.
