Strategic Role Overview
This role sits at the apex of fintech architecture applied to power infrastructure, responsible for the conception, governance, and evolution of digitally native financial systems embedded directly into electricity grids. The Chief Architect will design the financial nervous system through which power generation, transmission, storage, and consumption are converted into real-time, auditable, high-value financial flows.
The mandate extends beyond traditional billing or payments. It encompasses grid-level settlement logic, dynamic tariff intelligence, automated financial reconciliation, and capital efficiency optimisation across complex power ecosystems.
Core Strategic Responsibilities

Architect nation-scale power finance platforms capable of real-time settlement across utilities, grid operators, large industrial consumers, and public infrastructure.

Design grid-integrated transaction engines that translate physical energy flows into digital financial events at massive scale.

Establish frameworks for dynamic pricing, demand-responsive tariffs, and automated revenue optimisation.

Lead the integration of AI-driven forecasting and financial decision engines into power monetisation systems.

Define governance, risk, and audit structures for mission-critical financial platforms embedded in infrastructure environments.

Coordinate with regulators, financial authorities, and infrastructure stakeholders to ensure resilience, compliance, and long-term scalability.

Build and lead elite multidisciplinary teams spanning fintech engineering, power economics, cybersecurity, and data architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile

16+ years of experience across fintech architecture, large-scale payment systems, infrastructure finance, or regulated digital platforms.

Proven leadership in designing high-availability, transaction-intensive financial systems.

Deep understanding of energy markets, digital financial infrastructure, and platform governance.

Exceptional ability to operate at the intersection of technology, regulation, and national infrastructure strategy.
Compensation Structure (UAE – Annual)

Base Executive Salary: AED 620,000 – 780,000

Strategic Architecture Allowance: AED 180,000 – 260,000

Annual Performance & Delivery Bonus: AED 220,000 – 380,000

Long-Term Infrastructure Value Incentive: AED 300,000 – 520,000

Total Annual Package: AED 1,320,000 – 1,940,000
