Role Overview
This role targets a senior fintech leader specializing in AI-powered risk intelligence, predictive financial modeling, and automated decision systems. The Chief Architect will design data-driven intelligence platforms capable of evaluating credit, liquidity, market, and operational risk in real time while embedding AI and machine learning frameworks into enterprise workflows.
This remote leadership position will oversee cross-border, cloud-native financial intelligence architectures, ensuring scalability, regulatory compliance, and operational transparency.
Key Responsibilities

Architect enterprise-wide AI-driven risk intelligence platforms integrating transactional, market, and behavioral datasets.

Design predictive analytics models for credit scoring, liquidity forecasting, fraud detection, and portfolio optimization.

Embed decision intelligence engines into core banking, digital finance, and treasury operations.

Establish data governance frameworks for auditability, traceability, and explainability of AI models.

Lead innovation initiatives, integrating emerging AI technologies into financial operations.

Provide strategic guidance to executive stakeholders on risk-aware system design and predictive financial intelligence.
Required Expertise

Compensation Structure (Indicative – UAE)

Base Monthly Salary: AED 50,000 – AED 70,000

Annual AI Performance Bonus: AED 240,000 – AED 420,000
