Operating remotely, this role will coordinate distributed engineering teams while ensuring that fintech platforms maintain operational resilience, regulatory alignment, and global interoperability standards.

Financial Security & Risk Frameworks

Implement robust security mechanisms protecting financial infrastructure through:

• Transaction monitoring systems

• Fraud detection algorithms

• Secure authentication and identity management platforms

Technology Innovation Strategy

Evaluate emerging financial technologies including:

• Artificial intelligence applications in banking automation

• Distributed ledger technologies for settlement optimization

• Advanced analytics platforms supporting financial insights

Technology Environment

The fintech environment includes:

• Cloud-native infrastructure and distributed computing systems

• API-driven banking service frameworks

• Microservices-based financial application architecture

• Real-time transaction processing engines

• Advanced financial data analytics platforms

Professional Requirements

Experience

• 15+ years in fintech engineering, banking technology leadership, or digital finance platform architecture.
