Strategic Mandate
This role is designed for a senior fintech architect responsible for re-engineering risk management, compliance automation, and financial control platforms across large-scale digital finance environments. The position focuses on embedding intelligence, automation, and real-time monitoring into the financial control layer of modern fintech ecosystems.
The mandate emphasizes accuracy, transparency, auditability, and resilience, ensuring fintech platforms can operate at scale without compromising control integrity.
Scope of Responsibility

Architect enterprise platforms for risk monitoring, compliance automation, and financial control analytics.

Integrate real-time transaction monitoring, automated controls, and exception-management frameworks.

Establish governance models for model validation, control assurance, and regulatory reporting.

Align risk platforms with core banking systems, payment engines, and digital finance channels.

Lead specialist teams across fintech risk engineering, analytics, and platform governance.

Ensure all systems meet international standards for security, resilience, and audit readiness.
Executive Profile

16+ years in fintech risk systems, financial controls, or regulatory technology architecture.

Deep expertise in risk platforms, compliance automation, and financial governance frameworks.

Experience operating in highly regulated financial environments.

Strong technical authority combined with executive-level leadership.
Compensation & Executive Package

Base Salary: SAR 85,000 – 115,000 per month

Annual Executive Bonus: 40% – 55% of base
