Strategic Context

This role is crafted for a highly senior fintech architect specializing in digital asset infrastructure, tokenized financial systems, and institutional-grade platform engineering. The position is not product-centric; instead, it focuses on core infrastructure, system integrity, and long-term platform scalability.

The successful candidate will shape how digital asset systems integrate with traditional financial infrastructure while maintaining the highest standards of security, governance, and operational resilience.

Role Mandate & Strategic Accountability

  • Architect enterprise-scale digital asset platforms, including custody systems, issuance frameworks, and lifecycle management layers.

  • Design tokenization infrastructures for real-world financial instruments and structured assets.

  • Establish governance, security, and operational controls for digital asset ecosystems.

  • Define interoperability models between distributed ledger systems and conventional financial infrastructure.

  • Lead long-term infrastructure planning for scalable, future-ready digital asset ecosystems.

  • Produce comprehensive architectural documentation, governance models, and executive-level strategy papers.

Required Expertise & Professional Depth

  • 14+ years in fintech architecture, financial systems engineering, or digital asset platforms.

  • Extensive experience with blockchain protocols, smart contract frameworks, and cryptographic security.

  • Strong background in institutional-grade systems, market infrastructure, or large-scale platforms.

  • Proven ability to lead complex architectural initiatives remotely with minimal supervision.

  • Exceptional analytical depth and long-term strategic orientation.

Compensation Framework (Qatar – Senior Executive Remote Benchmark)

  • Base Annual Compensation: USD 170,000 – 205,000

  • Innovation & Platform Delivery Incentive: Up to 35% annually

  • Digital Asset Research, Security Tooling & Infrastructure Budget: USD 15,000 per year

  • Long-Term Strategic Contribution Award: USD 30,000 – 50,000
