Role Charter
This position is established for a senior architect whose mandate extends beyond platform delivery into the design of sovereign-scale financial infrastructure concepts. The role centers on conceptualizing and governing high-resilience transaction systems capable of operating across borders, currencies, and regulatory environments with deterministic reliability.
The individual will define foundational architectures that underpin national-grade payment flows, institutional settlement systems, and cross-market financial connectivity.
Strategic Responsibilities

Design macro-level transaction architectures supporting cross-border settlement, clearing, and liquidity movement.

Define interoperability layers linking domestic financial rails with international infrastructure.

Establish architectural principles for fault tolerance, transaction finality, and systemic resilience.

Translate regulatory and policy constraints into scalable technical design.

Govern architectural decision-making across multiple financial subsystems and protocols.

Required Expertise

Deep experience with financial market infrastructure, settlement systems, or national-scale payments.
