Strategic Overview
This role targets a fintech executive leader responsible for AI-powered risk intelligence, predictive analytics, and automated financial decision systems. The Chief Architect will oversee the design and deployment of enterprise-wide intelligence platforms, capable of real-time monitoring and optimization of credit, liquidity, market, and operational risks, embedding machine learning and predictive algorithms into financial operations.
This fully remote position requires strategic insight across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong emphasis on governance, regulatory compliance, and operational transparency.
Core Responsibilities

Architect and operationalize AI-driven financial intelligence systems that ingest high-volume transactional, market, and behavioral datasets.

Develop predictive models for credit risk, liquidity forecasting, fraud detection, and portfolio optimization.

Integrate decision intelligence engines into banking, treasury, and digital finance operations.

Establish data governance, audit-ready frameworks, and model explainability standards.

Drive innovation by incorporating advanced AI/ML technologies into real-time operational risk workflows.

Advise executive leadership on strategic risk mitigation, regulatory alignment, and predictive financial decision-making.
Required Expertise

Advanced experience in AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and enterprise risk systems.

Strong command of cloud-native analytics, real-time data processing, and explainable AI deployment.

Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional global fintech initiatives.

Proven ability to embed regulatory compliance into automated and auditable analytics frameworks.
Compensation & Benefits (Indicative – UAE)

Base Salary: AED 55,000 – AED 75,000 per month

Annual Performance Bonus: AED 260,000 – AED 450,000
