Role Purpose

This role is crafted for a fintech executive responsible for embedding intelligence, automation, and decision-making directly into digital financial infrastructure. The mandate involves designing self-optimizing platforms for payments, lending, wallets, and digital asset management, integrating AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to enable autonomous decisioning at scale.

The position combines strategic platform design, AI-driven control systems, and operational governance, ensuring platforms remain adaptive, scalable, and compliant in global fintech contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI-native fintech platforms, integrating intelligence across transaction routing, credit scoring, fraud detection, and liquidity optimization.

• Lead the development of autonomous decision engines capable of real-time risk assessment, pricing, and operational control.

• Design self-correcting financial systems with embedded governance, auditability, and model explainability.

• Implement advanced analytics pipelines for real-time insights into transaction behavior, market dynamics, and systemic risk.

• Collaborate with regulators and stakeholders to ensure AI-driven platforms remain compliant and resilient.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, data science, product, and risk functions.

• Represent AI and autonomous fintech strategy in global innovation, regulatory, and technology forums.

Candidate Profile

• 16–20 years in fintech, AI-based systems, or financial infrastructure.

• Deep expertise in algorithmic risk management, real-time analytics, and autonomous platform design.

• Proven experience scaling AI systems in regulatory-compliant, high-volume financial environments.

• Exceptional strategic, technical, and leadership capabilities.

Compensation Structure (Annual)

• Base Salary: AED 950,000 – 1,250,000

• AI-Platform Performance Bonus: AED 300,000 – 450,000

• Long-Term Innovation Incentive: AED 400,000 – 600,000

• Total Annual Package: AED 1.65M – 2.3M
