Role Overview:
We are seeking a polymath capable of modeling UAE fintech ecosystems as monoidal categories and functorial networks, translating categorical abstractions into operational, scalable financial systems. Your role will bridge mathematical ontology, algorithmic reasoning, and financial architecture, ensuring compositional integrity across tokenized asset networks, digital payment rails, and cross-border liquidity channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Model financial instruments, ledgers, and transaction protocols as objects and morphisms in enriched categories, ensuring compositional coherence and functorial consistency.

Apply monad and comonad abstractions to orchestrate stateful transactional flows, risk propagation, and automated compliance logic.

Develop adjoint functor frameworks for optimal resource allocation, liquidity arbitrage, and regulatory scenario mapping.

Encode governance rules as natural transformations between categorical layers, enabling verifiable, provably correct operations across multi-party ledgers.

Utilize diagrammatic reasoning and string diagrams to visualize and debug complex interactions within multi-agent, distributed fintech systems.

Integrate with existing AI-driven predictive systems to provide mathematically rigorous forecasts for credit, liquidity, and operational risk.
Qualifications & Experience:

PhD in Mathematics, Theoretical Computer Science, or Applied Category Theory with applications to finance or complex networks.

Strong programming skills in Haskell, Scala, or Python with libraries supporting category-theoretic abstractions.
