A globally respected fintech banking institution is seeking an accomplished Business Manager – Digital Banking Strategy & Commercial Excellence to lead strategic business initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, optimize operational performance, strengthen customer engagement, and support the continued expansion of next-generation digital financial services.

Reporting directly to senior executive leadership, you will collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, and Business Development teams to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance organizational performance and position the institution as a market leader in digital banking innovation.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise business strategies supporting digital banking growth.
- Drive commercial planning for retail, SME, corporate, and institutional financial products.
- Identify new market opportunities through competitive analysis and customer research.
- Lead cross-functional business transformation programmes focused on operational efficiency and revenue optimization.
- Build financial business cases for new products, strategic partnerships, and technology investments.
- Monitor key performance indicators, profitability metrics, and customer acquisition performance.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to improve digital banking services and customer experiences.
- Prepare executive reports, board presentations, and strategic business reviews.
- Coordinate annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
- Support market expansion initiatives across GCC financial markets.
- Mentor business analysts and junior managers while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Represent the organization in strategic meetings with external stakeholders and industry partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Financial Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Strategy, Finance, or Business Management is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in business management, banking, fintech, consulting, or commercial leadership.
- Strong understanding of digital banking operations, financial products, and technology-driven business models.
- Proven success in delivering enterprise transformation and commercial growth initiatives.
