Position Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an analytical and forward-thinking Business Intelligence Analyst to support strategic decision-making through advanced data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will work alongside executive leadership, finance teams, product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to develop meaningful dashboards, identify market trends, evaluate business performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations that influence enterprise strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze business data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Design interactive dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through advanced data analysis.
- Collaborate with product, finance, operations, and technology teams.
- Develop automated reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform financial and operational performance analysis.
- Prepare executive presentations and strategic business reports.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor intelligence research.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and reporting accuracy.
- Recommend process improvements based on analytical findings.
- Support digital transformation and business optimization projects.
- Maintain business intelligence documentation and reporting standards.
- Stay informed about emerging analytics technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Understanding of business performance metrics.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets into business insights.
