Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming financial data into strategic business intelligence while supporting large-scale digital payment initiatives, AI-powered financial products, embedded finance platforms, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), cross-border payment infrastructures, and next-generation fintech innovations.
This position requires an individual capable of translating complex financial, technological, operational, and regulatory information into actionable insights that directly influence executive decision-making, digital transformation initiatives, customer experience strategies, and long-term organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial and operational analysis across digital payment platforms.

Evaluate fintech products using quantitative and qualitative analytical methodologies.

Build advanced financial models supporting strategic investments and fintech product launches.

Produce executive-level reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Analyze digital transaction trends across domestic and international payment networks.

Develop predictive analytical models using machine learning algorithms.

Monitor payment ecosystem performance through advanced KPI dashboards.

Assess digital banking profitability across multiple customer segments.

Perform customer behavioral analytics using structured and unstructured datasets.

Support fraud detection initiatives through anomaly identification techniques.

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to analyze fraud patterns.

Evaluate merchant acquisition performance and digital payment adoption.
-
Conduct pricing optimization studies for payment products.
-
Analyze embedded finance opportunities across multiple industries.
-
Prepare business cases supporting fintech expansion projects.
-
Evaluate open banking partnerships.
-
Analyze API utilization metrics.
-
Monitor digital wallet performance indicators.
-
Support cryptocurrency infrastructure research (excluding investment advice).

Evaluate blockchain implementation opportunities within financial services.

Analyze regulatory developments affecting fintech operations.
-
Conduct competitor benchmarking across GCC and international fintech markets.
-
Measure customer acquisition costs and lifetime value.
-
Assess digital lending portfolio performance.
-
Build forecasting models for transaction volumes.
-
Evaluate Buy Now Pay Later market performance.
-
Prepare board-level analytical presentations.
-
Develop financial forecasting dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.

Support strategic planning initiatives with data-driven recommendations.

Identify operational efficiency improvements through advanced analytics.
-
Collaborate with product managers on fintech product optimization.

Produce monthly executive intelligence reports.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline.

Master’s degree preferred.

Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent are advantageous.

6–10 years of fintech, banking, digital payments, or financial analytics experience.
