This strategic role is designed for technology professionals who can translate complex business requirements into scalable blockchain architectures while ensuring security, interoperability, and long-term maintainability.
The successful candidate will work closely with executive stakeholders, enterprise architects, software engineers, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity specialists to deliver high-impact blockchain initiatives across mission-critical financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise blockchain architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Define technical standards and blockchain development frameworks.
- Lead blockchain solution design workshops and architecture reviews.
- Evaluate blockchain platforms and distributed ledger technologies.
- Develop secure integration strategies with enterprise banking systems.
- Guide engineering teams during solution implementation.
- Establish blockchain governance and architectural best practices.
- Conduct technology assessments and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of blockchain platforms.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen blockchain security.
- Support cloud-native deployment strategies.
- Prepare technical architecture documentation and executive presentations.
- Mentor development teams on blockchain technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience designing enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and distributed ledger technologies.
- Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, APIs, and microservices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and technical documentation skills.
