Position Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an innovative Blockchain Engineer to design, develop, and optimize secure blockchain-based financial solutions within a fast-growing digital finance ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about distributed ledger technologies, decentralized applications, and enterprise blockchain platforms that transform modern banking, payments, and digital financial services.
The successful candidate will collaborate with software engineers, solution architects, cybersecurity specialists, product managers, and cloud engineers to build scalable blockchain infrastructures, develop smart contracts, and integrate blockchain capabilities into enterprise-grade financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and enterprise platforms.
- Build secure smart contracts for decentralized financial services.
- Develop APIs and backend services supporting blockchain integrations.
- Optimize blockchain network performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Integrate blockchain solutions with existing banking and payment systems.
- Conduct smart contract testing, validation, and code reviews.
- Implement blockchain security controls and encryption mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance.
- Maintain blockchain infrastructure documentation.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical planning sessions.
- Support deployment through automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor emerging blockchain technologies and industry trends.
- Promote software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to continuous innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing blockchain or distributed ledger solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or similar blockchain frameworks.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud computing.
- Understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain security.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
