Position Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an accomplished Blockchain Engineer to contribute to the development of next-generation decentralized financial infrastructure within one of the Gulf region’s rapidly evolving digital finance ecosystems. This role is designed for an innovative technology professional who is passionate about distributed ledger technologies, decentralized applications, smart contract architecture, and enterprise blockchain transformation.
The successful candidate will play a central role in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain solutions that enhance digital payments, asset tokenization, identity management, and cross-border financial services. This position offers exposure to enterprise-scale blockchain initiatives while working alongside multidisciplinary teams of software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, cloud architects, AI professionals, and financial technology experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise blockchain platforms.
- Build decentralized applications (dApps) using modern blockchain frameworks.
- Develop and optimize secure smart contracts.
- Integrate blockchain infrastructure with banking and financial platforms.
- Implement consensus mechanisms and distributed ledger solutions.
- Improve transaction performance and blockchain scalability.
- Conduct blockchain security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
- Design tokenization frameworks for digital financial products.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD deployment strategies.
- Create APIs supporting blockchain-enabled applications.
- Participate in blockchain architecture planning and solution design.
- Optimize node deployment and network performance.
- Produce technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Research emerging blockchain technologies and industry innovations.
- Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Professional experience developing blockchain solutions.
- Strong understanding of Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, Solana, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Knowledge of cryptography and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience using Git and Agile development methodologies.
