Job Title: Remote Blockchain & Digital Asset Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote (Oman-Based Role)
Role Context
As digital assets and blockchain-based financial services continue to expand in Oman, there is increasing demand for operational professionals who can manage the backend processes that keep these systems running efficiently.
This role focuses on day-to-day operational oversight of blockchain-enabled financial activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and system integrity.
Primary Responsibilities
A. Digital Asset Operations
- Monitor cryptocurrency transactions and wallet activities
- Ensure accurate recording of digital asset movements
- Reconcile blockchain transactions with internal records
B. Platform Oversight
- Support the functioning of trading, custody, or payment platforms
- Identify and escalate system irregularities
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
C. Risk & Security Awareness
- Monitor for suspicious transaction patterns
- Support implementation of security protocols
- Assist in incident reporting and documentation
D. Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows
- Recommend improvements for scalability and automation
- Contribute to operational policy development
Required Skill Set
Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallets and transaction flows
- Exposure to blockchain explorers and transaction tracking tools
Analytical Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to reconcile large volumes of transaction data
- Problem-solving mindset
Experience & Education
- 2–4 years in fintech, crypto operations, or financial services
- Degree in Finance, Technology, or related field
Work Dynamics
- Fully remote role aligned with Oman business environment
- Interaction with distributed teams across different time zones
- Requires high accountability and responsiveness
