The successful candidate will collaborate across technology, operations, compliance, marketing, and executive leadership teams to launch next-generation financial products that strengthen market competitiveness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative retail and business banking products.
- Manage the complete product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Gather customer insights to enhance product performance.
- Define product strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with software development teams to implement digital banking capabilities.
- Establish pricing strategies and profitability models.
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout product development.
- Develop business cases for new financial products.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and customer analytics.
- Coordinate product launches and post-launch optimization initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional product governance meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of banking product management or fintech experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
