Lead Operational Excellence Across a Modern Digital Banking Ecosystem
A rapidly expanding fintech banking institution is searching for an experienced Banking Operations Manager to oversee mission-critical banking operations while ensuring efficiency, regulatory excellence, operational resilience, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
This leadership role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing complex operational environments where technology, customer service, payment infrastructure, and business performance intersect.
You will work closely with Payment Operations, Treasury, Customer Experience, Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Technology, Product Management, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless banking operations across an expanding portfolio of digital financial products.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Lead daily banking operations across multiple financial service channels.
- Optimize operational processes and service delivery standards.
- Monitor operational risk and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation activities.
- Develop operational KPIs and executive performance dashboards.
- Support new product launches and digital banking initiatives.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain regulatory standards.
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and operational planning.
- Oversee customer service quality and operational efficiency.
- Drive automation initiatives that improve productivity.
- Mentor operational leadership teams.
- Present operational performance reports to executive management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, or related discipline.
- MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum 8–10 years of banking or fintech operations experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of operational governance and financial services.
