THE OPPORTUNITY
The future of financial services will be defined by platforms that are faster, more intelligent, interoperable and increasingly autonomous.
We are looking for a distinguished Architect to design the technological foundations supporting advanced financial ecosystems.
This role is intentionally positioned beyond conventional software architecture. It requires someone capable of thinking simultaneously in terms of transaction economics, distributed systems, financial data, security, artificial intelligence, customer experience and enterprise scalability.
ARCHITECTURAL DOMAIN
The successful professional will develop architecture across six interconnected layers:
01 — TRANSACTION
High-performance payment processing, transaction orchestration, settlement infrastructure and real-time financial services.
02 — INTELLIGENCE
AI-powered analytics, predictive modelling, automated decision engines and intelligent financial workflows.
03 — DATA
Enterprise financial data platforms, streaming architectures, data governance and analytical infrastructure.
04 — DIGITAL BANKING
API-first banking ecosystems, digital customer platforms, embedded finance and financial-service integrations.
05 — SECURITY
Identity architecture, fraud intelligence, encryption, access management and cyber-resilient financial infrastructure.
06 — CLOUD
Cloud-native financial systems engineered for elasticity, availability, observability and geographical resilience.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Architect will:

CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will possess:

10–15+ years in technology architecture, fintech engineering or financial infrastructure.

Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-grade systems.

Strong understanding of financial transaction lifecycles.

Deep knowledge of distributed and cloud-native architectures.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.

Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering and product teams.

Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.

GCC or international financial-services experience preferred.
