Engineer Intelligent Financial Platforms for the Digital Economy
An internationally expanding fintech enterprise is seeking a highly accomplished Principal AI Solutions Architect to design next-generation intelligent financial platforms that combine artificial intelligence, automation, and cloud-native technologies to transform enterprise banking and digital financial services.
You will lead multidisciplinary engineering initiatives, define enterprise architecture standards, and build resilient technology platforms capable of supporting large-scale financial innovation across regional and global markets.
Primary Responsibilities

- Define enterprise architecture standards.

Artificial Intelligence
- Integrate AI capabilities into financial applications.
- Develop intelligent automation strategies.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies.
Engineering Leadership
- Mentor senior engineers and solution architects.
- Lead enterprise design reviews.
- Establish technical governance frameworks.
- Promote engineering excellence across multidisciplinary teams.
Business Collaboration
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Support enterprise innovation programs.
- Present architectural strategies to senior stakeholders.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software architecture or financial technology engineering.
- Strong experience delivering cloud-native enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership in AI-driven solution design.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
