ARCHITECTURE WHERE EVERY MILLISECOND MATTERS
When financial transactions move in real time, infrastructure becomes strategy.
A payment platform must process transactions rapidly while maintaining availability, integrity, security, observability, and resilience. A digital banking platform must continue functioning through unpredictable demand, infrastructure failures, and constantly changing customer expectations.
We are looking for an elite Architect to design the technical foundations behind high-performance digital financial systems.
YOUR ARCHITECTURAL MISSION
You will:

Design cloud-native architecture for digital banking and payment platforms.

Develop high-availability systems capable of supporting significant transaction volumes.

Architect real-time transaction-processing services.
-
Establish API and integration strategies for financial ecosystems.

Design event-driven architectures for payment and banking workloads.
-
Define standards for microservices, databases, messaging, observability, and infrastructure.

Develop disaster-recovery and business-continuity architectures.
-
Establish performance and scalability engineering standards.
-
Evaluate infrastructure capacity and identify potential architectural bottlenecks.

Work with cybersecurity specialists to develop secure-by-design systems.
-
Lead architecture reviews for major technology initiatives.

Create technical roadmaps for legacy modernization and cloud transformation.

Mentor senior engineers and technical leads.
TECHNICAL LANDSCAPE
Strong experience across:
Cloud Platforms | Kubernetes | Docker | Microservices | Event Streaming | API Gateways | Distributed Databases | Infrastructure as Code | CI/CD | Observability | Service Mesh | Real-Time Analytics | Payment Gateways
ARCHITECTURAL QUESTIONS
You will constantly challenge systems with questions such as:
What happens when transaction volume increases tenfold?
What happens when a critical service fails?
Can the platform recover automatically?
Can data remain consistent across distributed services?
Can security controls scale without introducing unacceptable latency?
Can the architecture evolve without becoming technically fragmented?
CANDIDATE PROFILE

9+ years in enterprise architecture, cloud engineering, software engineering, payments, or fintech.

Proven experience designing mission-critical distributed systems.

Advanced understanding of cloud-native architecture.

Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, networking, security, and system integration.

Experience with financial or other high-availability environments.
-
Excellent technical leadership and communication skills.
