Architecture Mandate
We are seeking an accomplished Architect to design the identity infrastructure underpinning secure digital financial services.
The role focuses on creating scalable authentication and identity architectures capable of supporting customer onboarding, account access, transaction authorisation and secure interactions across multiple financial channels.
Key Responsibilities

Design enterprise architecture for digital identity and authentication platforms.

Develop secure identity flows across mobile, web and API-based financial services.

Establish architecture for authentication, authorisation and access-management systems.

Design integrations with customer onboarding and financial-service platforms.

Evaluate identity technologies, authentication protocols and verification services.
-
Establish principles for scalability, resilience, privacy and security.
-
Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, product and risk teams.
-
Lead architecture reviews and technical-design governance.
-
Develop technology roadmaps for next-generation identity capabilities.
-
Identify architectural weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies.

Mentor senior engineers and contribute to enterprise technology standards.
Professional Requirements
-
8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, fintech or financial technology.

Strong knowledge of IAM, authentication, authorisation and API security.

Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems and modern application architectures.

Understanding of digital banking and customer-identity environments.

Strong technical documentation and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
