Position Summary

An innovative fintech institution is recruiting an experienced Architect to design and oversee enterprise blockchain infrastructure supporting secure digital financial services, tokenized asset platforms, decentralized transaction ecosystems, and institutional-grade financial applications.

This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to create resilient, scalable, and secure blockchain architectures capable of supporting the next generation of financial innovation.

Core Responsibilities

• Design enterprise blockchain ecosystems supporting high-volume financial transactions.

• Develop secure smart contract frameworks and governance models.

• Lead architecture for digital asset custody and tokenization platforms.

• Establish interoperability standards across financial systems and distributed ledgers.

• Integrate blockchain technologies with payment platforms, identity verification systems, and compliance tools.

• Oversee cloud-native infrastructure supporting mission-critical fintech services.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen cryptographic security.

• Evaluate emerging blockchain protocols and recommend adoption strategies.

• Create technical roadmaps supporting long-term innovation objectives.

• Mentor engineering teams and establish architecture best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in enterprise software engineering or fintech infrastructure.

• Demonstrated expertise in distributed ledger technologies, cloud computing, APIs, DevSecOps, and enterprise architecture.

• Strong knowledge of digital asset ecosystems and blockchain security.

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
