You will play a critical role in evaluating payment performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives across modern financial technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Analyze payment transaction performance across multiple digital channels.
- Monitor settlement efficiency, transaction success rates, and operational KPIs.
- Produce detailed business reports and executive performance summaries.
- Investigate operational anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
- Support payment optimization initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Assist in forecasting transaction growth and operational capacity.
- Evaluate customer behavior to improve digital payment adoption.
- Develop automated reporting solutions using business intelligence platforms.
- Stay informed on emerging fintech trends influencing payment innovation.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- Experience within digital payments, banking operations, or fintech environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
