Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly analytical Digital Asset Operations Analyst to support the operational integrity of technology-enabled asset platforms. The position combines transaction operations, reconciliation, blockchain data analysis, operational controls, and financial reporting.
The successful candidate will help ensure that digital-asset transactions are accurately processed, reconciled, monitored, and documented across complex technology environments.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily digital-asset transaction activity and operational workflows.

Perform transaction, wallet, and ledger reconciliations.

Investigate discrepancies between internal records and external transaction data.

Track settlement status and resolve operational exceptions.

Analyse blockchain transaction information and identify unusual operational patterns.

Maintain accurate operational records and control documentation.

Develop reporting dashboards covering transaction volumes, exceptions, settlement performance, and reconciliation status.

Coordinate with technology, finance, risk, and operations teams on transaction-related issues.

Support improvements to automated reconciliation and operational-monitoring processes.

Assist with operational testing for new digital-finance products and platform upgrades.

Maintain incident logs and contribute to root-cause analysis.

Produce concise management reports covering operational performance and outstanding exceptions.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

3–6 years of experience in fintech, banking operations, payments, digital assets, financial operations, or reconciliation.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent Excel and data-analysis capabilities.

Familiarity with blockchain explorers, transaction ledgers, APIs, or financial technology platforms.

Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.

Indicative Compensation
AED 22,000–32,000 monthly + benefits, depending on experience and technical capability.
