Analytical Mission

We are looking for a highly quantitative Analyst — AI Financial Forecasting & Quantitative Risk Intelligence to develop analytical frameworks capable of turning complex financial data into forward-looking intelligence.

The position is built around the intersection of financial modelling, machine learning, statistical forecasting and fintech risk analytics.

Rather than simply reporting historical performance, the successful candidate will investigate what financial data indicates about future behavior, emerging risks, market movements and operational outcomes.

Core Analytical Responsibilities

  • Develop forecasting models for financial and fintech performance indicators.

  • Analyze large transaction datasets to identify behavioral patterns.

  • Build statistical models for financial-risk assessment.

  • Collaborate with data scientists on machine-learning applications.

  • Develop predictive indicators for customer, transaction and product behavior.

  • Conduct scenario modelling under different economic and operational assumptions.

  • Analyze anomalies within financial datasets.

  • Evaluate model accuracy and predictive performance.

  • Develop quantitative frameworks for fintech risk scoring.

  • Perform cohort, regression and time-series analyses where appropriate.

  • Build dashboards communicating complex analytical findings.

  • Conduct sensitivity analysis on financial assumptions.

  • Identify relationships between transaction behavior and commercial outcomes.

  • Develop data-driven recommendations for product and risk teams.

  • Prepare detailed analytical reports for senior decision-makers.

  • Establish repeatable analytical methodologies for future forecasting exercises.

Technical & Quantitative Toolkit

Experience with several of the following is desirable:

Python | SQL | R | Power BI | Tableau | Machine Learning | Statistical Modelling | Time-Series Analysis | Predictive Analytics | Data Visualization

Candidate Profile

  • 5–9 years of experience in financial analytics, quantitative finance, fintech, risk analytics, data science or banking.

  • Strong statistical and mathematical foundation.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Experience working with large financial datasets.

  • Practical knowledge of predictive modelling.

  • Strong SQL and Python capabilities.

  • Ability to explain quantitative conclusions to business executives.

  • High attention to data quality and model integrity.

  • Understanding of financial products and transaction environments.
