PRODUCT THESIS
The AI Product Owner will transform artificial-intelligence capabilities into commercially useful financial products and intelligent customer experiences.
The role sits between AI engineering, product strategy, financial services, data science, customer behaviour, and commercial execution. The successful candidate must understand not only what AI can technically accomplish, but where it creates measurable value within financial products.
PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITIES

Define product vision for AI-enabled financial services.

Identify high-value use cases for predictive analytics and intelligent automation.

Convert business problems into structured AI product requirements.

Prioritize AI features according to customer and commercial impact.

Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders.

Establish product roadmaps for AI-enabled capabilities.

Define measurable success criteria for AI products.

Coordinate experimentation, validation, and product deployment.

Monitor model-driven product performance and customer outcomes.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive financial workflows.

Analyse customer feedback and behavioural data to improve AI products.

Develop executive presentations covering AI product performance and future opportunities.
IDEAL PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline.

5+ years of product-management or technology experience.

Practical understanding of machine learning and AI product lifecycles.

Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or digital financial products.
-
Strong analytical and commercial thinking.

Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
