THE OPPORTUNITY
A sophisticated fintech environment is seeking a visionary AI WealthTech & Financial Intelligence Principal to lead the conceptualization, development and strategic deployment of artificial intelligence across modern wealth-management ecosystems.
This is not a conventional investment-technology position.
It is designed for a professional who understands how machine intelligence, behavioral economics, financial data, portfolio analytics and digital platforms can converge to create radically more intelligent financial experiences.
YOUR MISSION
Build intelligence into the financial decision-making layer.
You will examine enormous quantities of structured and unstructured financial information and transform them into:

We are looking for an intellectually rigorous professional with:
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, WealthTech, financial analytics, investment technology, banking or AI.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Advanced understanding of financial markets and investment technologies.
- Experience translating AI capabilities into business applications.
- Strong quantitative and analytical reasoning.
- Knowledge of financial data architecture.
- Experience working with senior executives and multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical decision-makers.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead ambiguous, high-value innovation initiatives.

COMPENSATION
AED 60,000 – 95,000 monthly
