A rapidly expanding international fintech company is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Digital Wealth Solutions to lead the design, enhancement, and commercialization of innovative wealth technology solutions that simplify investment experiences for institutional and retail clients across the Gulf region.
You will collaborate with product specialists, engineering teams, data professionals, and executive leadership to deliver intelligent financial products that combine technology, customer experience, and strategic business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Develop strategic roadmaps for digital wealth products.
- Identify emerging investment technology opportunities.
- Lead product innovation initiatives.
- Improve customer engagement across digital platforms.
Commercial Leadership
- Drive product adoption and portfolio growth.
- Develop business expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor commercial performance indicators.
Customer Experience
- Improve user journeys and digital interactions.

Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of fintech, wealth management, digital banking, or product management experience.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
