Position Overview
A leading organization is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee enterprise compliance programs, strengthen governance frameworks, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across all business operations. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic professional who can manage compliance risks, drive policy implementation, and foster a culture of accountability and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide compliance strategies and policies.
- Lead compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting activities.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and control evaluations.
- Oversee internal compliance reviews and investigations.
- Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging regulatory developments.
- Coordinate regulatory inspections and external audits.
- Develop compliance training programs for employees and management.
- Monitor key compliance performance indicators and prepare executive reports.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, audit, and operational teams.
- Manage compliance improvement initiatives and policy reviews.
- Lead and mentor the compliance team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in compliance, governance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience managing enterprise compliance programs.
- Proficiency in compliance management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Professional certifications in compliance or governance are highly desirable.
