Position Summary

AI and advanced analytics are reshaping the future of banking by providing predictive insights, customer personalization, and operational efficiency. Oman’s financial institutions are increasingly adopting AI-driven platforms to enhance decision-making, improve risk management, and optimize customer experiences.

The Head – AI-Driven Banking Intelligence & Predictive Analytics will lead the development of intelligent financial data platforms capable of processing large-scale banking data. This role requires overseeing cross-functional teams building predictive models, analytics engines, and real-time decision-making systems.

Core Responsibilities

1. Financial Data Infrastructure

   • Build and manage distributed, scalable data platforms for high-volume banking analytics.

   • Ensure data pipelines support real-time insights for operational and strategic decision-making.

2. AI & Predictive Modeling

   • Develop predictive analytics and machine learning models to anticipate financial trends, customer behavior, and risk scenarios.

   • Integrate AI systems into banking platforms for enhanced service personalization.

3. Business Intelligence Integration

   • Implement dashboards and analytics tools providing actionable insights for executives and product teams.

   • Align data outputs with strategic fintech objectives and operational KPIs.

4. Data Governance & Security

   • Establish data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

   • Ensure secure storage, access, and processing of sensitive financial information.

Technology Environment

• Distributed cloud-scale financial data platforms

• Machine learning and AI frameworks for predictive analytics

• Real-time transaction monitoring and alerting systems

• Business intelligence dashboards and visualization tools

• Secure, compliant financial data management systems

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 12–15 years in AI-powered banking platforms, predictive financial analytics, or fintech intelligence systems

• Technical Expertise: Financial data engineering, ML modeling, AI integration into banking platforms

• Leadership: Experience leading international teams in designing and deploying predictive analytics systems
