Required Experience
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience within lending, fintech, banking, or SME finance.
- Strong understanding of credit products and financial technology.
- Excellent leadership capabilities.
- Proven commercial strategy experience.
