This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services, including remote job visibility boosts, personalized CV promotion, interview preparation, job postings, downloadable products, and recruitment services. It should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and any applicable service agreement.
This policy governs eligibility, timelines, and conditions related to refund requests for both services and downloadable products.
General Refund Principles
- Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- All refund requests must comply with this Refund Policy and the applicable service agreement.
- Submitting a refund request does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
- Refunds are considered within the timelines outlined below, and requests submitted after this period will still be reviewed on an individual basis.
30-Day Refund Window
- Refund requests are generally considered within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Requests submitted after this period will still be reviewed and evaluated based on the nature of the request and the services provided.
Remote Job Services (CV Visibility Boost, CV Promotion, Job Alerts, etc.)
Eligible for Refund:
A refund may be considered if:
- The service has not been activated or delivered (e.g., CV visibility hasn’t been applied, promotion hasn’t started).
- The client did not receive any engagement, alerts, or updates as expected from the service.
- A technical issue on our platform prevented the service from being delivered or working as intended.
Once a service has been fully initiated or completed, the service is considered delivered, but refunds may still be considered based on the circumstances.
Job Posting Services
Eligible for Refund:
A refund may be considered if:
- The job posting has not been published or activated.
- A technical issue prevented the job posting from going live.
- The job posting did not receive a minimum level of visibility or engagement within a reasonable timeframe. This will be evaluated based on the platform’s metrics for views, interactions, or application submissions.
Once a job posting goes live, the service is considered delivered, but refunds may still be considered depending on the situation.
Recruitment & Headhunting Services
Due to the time-intensive nature of recruitment services, refunds are reviewed as follows:
Eligible for Refund:
- Full refunds may be considered if no recruitment activity has been initiated (e.g., no candidate sourcing, screening, or introductions).
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be considered if recruitment activities have started, but no candidates have been sourced or introduced yet.
Once recruitment activity has started, refunds may still be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Downloadable Products
Eligible for Refund:
A refund may be considered if:
- There is a technical issue with the downloadable product (e.g., corrupted file, incorrect content, or a product that differs substantially from its description).
Once a downloadable product has been accessed or downloaded, it will generally be considered non-refundable unless there is a verified issue with the product.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be made in accordance with this Refund Policy and any applicable service agreement.
- Cancelling a service does not automatically entitle the client to a refund, particularly if services have already been delivered, initiated, or resources have already been allocated.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request and include:
- Company or individual name.
- Invoice or transaction reference.
- Reason for the refund request.

Refund Processing
