REIMAGINE HOW INTELLIGENCE BECOMES FINANCIAL VALUE
We are searching for a sophisticated Strategist to shape the evolution of AI-enabled WealthTech and digital investment experiences across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
This position is built around a simple but profound premise:
The future of financial services will increasingly belong to platforms that can understand customers, interpret information and deliver intelligent experiences at scale.
You will help define the strategies required to turn that premise into commercially viable fintech products.
STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop strategic roadmaps for AI-enabled WealthTech products.

Analyze emerging digital-investment technologies and business models.

Identify opportunities for intelligent personalization within financial platforms.

Develop customer-segmentation and behavioural-intelligence strategies.

Evaluate AI applications across financial planning and digital investment experiences.

Conduct market and competitor intelligence across GCC financial technology.

Build business cases for new digital financial propositions.

Develop product commercialization strategies.

Establish metrics for customer acquisition, engagement, retention and financial performance.

Collaborate with data science, engineering and product teams.

Translate complex AI capabilities into practical financial products.

Assess emerging technologies for commercial relevance.

Develop executive presentations and strategic investment recommendations.

Support innovation portfolios from initial concept through implementation.

IDEAL PROFILE

7+ years in fintech strategy, WealthTech, banking, consulting, digital transformation or financial technology.

Strong knowledge of digital financial products.

Experience with AI, analytics or data-driven product strategy.

Strong commercial and quantitative reasoning.

Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging technologies.

Excellent market-research and competitive-analysis skills.

Strong product and customer-economics understanding.

Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
