The Vice President will serve as the primary driver of fintech growth, responsible for scaling digital financial products across Oman and broader GCC markets. 1. Market Penetration & Expansion

• Identify high-growth market segments and develop targeted entry strategies.

• Analyze competitive positioning and regulatory landscapes across GCC markets.

2. Digital Product Scaling

• Oversee scaling of fintech products including payments, lending, and digital banking solutions.

• Optimize product-market fit through data-driven insights.

• Ensure seamless customer experiences across digital channels.

3. Revenue Architecture

• Design and implement diversified revenue streams across fintech offerings.

• Develop pricing models, partnership structures, and monetization strategies.

Professional Requirements

• 12–15 years in fintech strategy, growth leadership, or digital banking.

• Proven success in scaling financial products across multiple markets.

• Experience operating in GCC financial ecosystems preferred.
