A high-growth fintech organization is seeking an accomplished Vice President โ€“ Financial Product Innovation & Customer Experience to lead the strategic vision, development, and commercialization of innovative financial products designed to transform how customers engage with digital financial services.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams to create customer-centric financial solutions that drive market differentiation, sustainable growth, and exceptional user experiences.


Leadership Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise product strategy and long-term innovation roadmap.

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in fintech product management, digital banking, or financial services.
  • Proven success launching and scaling digital financial products.
  • Strong expertise in customer experience strategy, product lifecycle management, and commercial growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
