Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop enterprise-wide WealthTech strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Lead digital investment platform modernization initiatives.
- Identify emerging fintech opportunities within global wealth markets.
- Drive innovation across robo-advisory, portfolio management, and financial planning services.
- Establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
Business Growth
- Define product commercialization strategies.
- Analyze investment platform performance and customer engagement.
- Oversee profitability, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Develop executive performance dashboards.
- Support regional market expansion initiatives.
Executive Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Mentor senior managers and emerging leaders.
- Champion organizational innovation and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- MBA, CFA, or Master’s degree highly preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within WealthTech, fintech, investment management, or digital banking.
- Proven track record leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
