Role Overview

This role focuses on designing user-centric digital banking experiences, covering onboarding, account management, and financial services interactions. You will play a key role in ensuring that banking products are accessible, intuitive, and efficient.

Primary Responsibilities

User Experience Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for banking applications.
• Design intuitive navigation and interaction patterns.
• Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.

Onboarding & Identity Experience

• Design user-friendly onboarding flows incorporating KYC processes.
• Optimize user journeys to reduce drop-offs and improve completion rates.
• Simplify regulatory requirements into clear user experiences.

Financial Interaction Design

• Design interfaces for account management, transfers, and financial services.
• Ensure clarity in financial data presentation (balances, transactions).
• Improve usability for complex banking features.

Research & Testing

• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.

Technical & Design Skills

• Tools: Figma, Sketch
• Prototyping: Interactive prototypes
• UX Skills: Information architecture, usability testing

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of UX design experience
• Strong portfolio of digital product design
• Experience in fintech or banking is a plus
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
