EXECUTIVE MANDATE
The Transformation Director will lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives designed to improve how financial products, technology platforms, data environments, and operational processes function together.
This is a strategic leadership position focused on converting legacy operating environments into scalable, digitally enabled financial ecosystems.
TRANSFORMATION AGENDA

Establish enterprise fintech transformation strategy and priorities.

Develop multi-year modernization roadmaps.

Lead migration and modernization of legacy financial platforms.

Coordinate technology, product, finance, operations, data, and cybersecurity workstreams.

Establish transformation governance, milestones, budgets, and performance metrics.

Identify opportunities for automation and process redesign.

Evaluate cloud adoption and platform-modernization opportunities.

Oversee digital-payment and financial-platform transformation programs.

Develop executive-level transformation dashboards.

Identify program dependencies, delivery risks, and remediation strategies.

Ensure strategic initiatives produce measurable operational and commercial value.
LEADERSHIP PROFILE

10+ years of experience in digital transformation, fintech, banking technology, consulting, or enterprise technology.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline.

Proven experience leading large-scale transformation portfolios.

Strong understanding of financial platforms and technology modernization.

Excellent executive communication, governance, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
