An internationally respected fintech banking organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead strategic recruitment initiatives across technology, digital banking, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, product development, executive leadership, and corporate functions.

This role goes beyond filling vacancies—it focuses on designing innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract world-class professionals capable of driving long-term organizational success.

Working closely with Executive Leadership, Hiring Managers, Department Heads, Compensation Specialists, Learning & Development, and Employer Branding teams, you will shape the organization’s future workforce while strengthening its reputation as an employer of choice.


Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise-wide recruitment strategies supporting organizational growth.
  • Lead executive and specialist hiring across fintech and banking functions.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement programmes.
  • Manage recruitment technology platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Conduct executive interviews and assessment processes.
  • Advise leadership on workforce planning and hiring trends.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and talent acquisition performance.
  • Coordinate graduate, internship, and leadership development hiring programmes.
  • Build relationships with universities and professional associations.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Mentor recruitment specialists and HR professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification is advantageous.
  • Minimum 6–9 years of experience in executive recruitment, talent acquisition, fintech, banking, or multinational recruitment.
  • Strong networking, interviewing, and strategic planning skills.
