A forward-looking fintech organization is recruiting a Sustainable Finance Product Development Specialist to design innovative digital financial products that support responsible investment, financial inclusion, SME financing, digital savings, and technology-enabled financial services.
The successful candidate will collaborate across product, compliance, engineering, and customer experience teams to launch scalable solutions that meet evolving market demands while maintaining commercial excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and manage the lifecycle of innovative fintech products.
- Conduct customer and market research to identify emerging opportunities.
- Develop business cases and product strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout product development.
- Define product requirements and success metrics.
- Monitor market adoption and product performance.
- Coordinate product launches and enhancement initiatives.
- Support pricing, positioning, and commercialization strategies.
- Ensure regulatory readiness during product delivery.
- Present strategic product recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within fintech or banking.
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing digital financial products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
