Supreme Director – Fintech Identity Systems (Digital Trust & Access Architecture).

Strategic Purpose
This role governs the design of identity, authentication, and access systems that underpin all fintech activity. The Supreme Director will architect digital trust frameworks ensuring that every transaction, account action, and data exchange is secure, verifiable, and context-aware.
The mandate is foundational: identity is treated not as a feature, but as core financial infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect fintech-grade digital identity and authentication platforms

Design access control frameworks for users, platforms, and automated systems

Embed identity verification directly into transaction and service workflows

Establish governance models for credential lifecycle, revocation, and recovery

Ensure scalability for national-level user populations and transaction volumes

Integrate identity intelligence into risk and decision systems

Lead multidisciplinary teams across identity engineering, security architecture, and governance
Ideal Executive Profile

16+ years in digital identity systems, fintech security architecture, or trust platforms

Deep expertise in authentication, authorisation, and access governance

Experience operating at large-scale, high-trust financial environments

Executive presence with strong technical and strategic fluency
Compensation Structure (Saudi Arabia)

Base Salary: SAR 105,000 – 140,000 per month

Annual Executive Bonus: 40%–60%
