Foundational Mandate
This role is conceived as a supreme architectural authority over the conceptual design, coherence, and long-term sustainability of digital finance and payment ecosystems. Operating fully remotely, the role aligns strategically with the UAE’s position as a global fintech convergence zone.
The mandate is non-operational and non-commercial. It exists to define how digital finance systems should be structured, governed, interconnected, and future-proofed at ecosystem scale.
Constitutional Responsibilities

Define the first-principles architecture of modern digital finance ecosystems

Establish system-wide rules for transaction finality, interoperability, and platform neutrality

Design conceptual frameworks for domestic and cross-border digital payment flows

Define long-horizon standards for resilience, scalability, and systemic continuity

Articulate governance-level principles for platform accountability and transparency

Produce constitutional-grade architecture documents and ecosystem charters

Required Profile

20+ years in fintech, financial infrastructure, payments architecture, or system governance

Prior exposure to national-scale or multi-market financial systems

Exceptional systems thinking and abstraction capability

Ability to operate as an independent intellectual authority

Proven experience producing high-level frameworks and strategic doctrines
