ADVISORY PURPOSE
The Strategy Consultant will help shape commercially viable strategies for organizations operating within rapidly evolving financial-technology markets.
The role is deliberately broad and strategic: the successful professional will assess market dynamics, customer economics, technology capabilities, competitive positioning, operating models, and growth opportunities before translating those findings into executable strategic plans.
CONSULTING WORKSTREAMS
Market Intelligence

Assess fintech market structures, competitors, customer segments, and emerging opportunities.

Identify structural trends affecting digital financial services.

Evaluate new-market and expansion opportunities.
Business Design

Develop fintech business models and operating frameworks.

Analyse revenue models, cost structures, customer economics, and scalability.

Build strategic options for new digital-finance propositions.
Transformation

Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation priorities.

Identify technology and operational capabilities required for execution.

Establish measurable transformation KPIs.
Executive Advisory

Prepare investment cases, strategic presentations, and executive reports.

Facilitate strategic workshops with senior stakeholders.

Convert complex research into concise commercial recommendations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, fintech, banking, financial services, or digital transformation.

Strong financial and commercial analysis capabilities.
-
Excellent research, modelling, presentation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous business problems systematically.

Strong understanding of digital financial products and technology ecosystems.
