Strategic Brief
We are seeking a commercially rigorous Fintech Capital & Investment Planning Strategist to evaluate where financial and technological investment should be deployed to generate sustainable growth.
The position combines corporate finance, fintech economics, investment analysis, strategic planning, and technology-business evaluation.
Strategic Responsibilities

Develop capital-allocation frameworks for fintech initiatives.

Evaluate investment requirements for new financial products and technology platforms.

Build detailed financial models for transformation and expansion programmes.

Analyse return on investment, payback periods, operating costs, and long-term value creation.

Evaluate fintech acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and technology opportunities.

Develop financial scenarios for new markets and product launches.
-
Analyse product-level economics and contribution margins.

Establish financial-performance dashboards for strategic initiatives.

Work with finance, technology, product, and executive teams on investment priorities.

Assess the economic impact of automation, AI, cloud migration, and platform modernisation.

Prepare investment memoranda and executive-level recommendations.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to support capital-allocation decisions.

Monitor strategic investments against approved financial and operational targets.
Qualifications & Experience

7–11 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, fintech strategy, consulting, financial planning, or technology investment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.

Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.

Excellent understanding of fintech business models and technology economics.

Experience evaluating strategic investments or major technology programmes.

Strong analytical writing and executive-presentation skills.
-
CFA, MBA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

Indicative Compensation
KWD 3,800–5,800 monthly + benefits, depending on experience and strategic responsibility.
