This is not a conventional strategy position.
The Strategist will be responsible for answering one of the most consequential questions facing modern financial services:
How can sophisticated financial capabilities become simpler, smarter and more accessible through technology?
The successful professional will develop forward-looking strategies across digital wealth, investment technology, customer experience, financial platforms and AI-enabled services.
The role requires someone who can move seamlessly between market intelligence, financial economics, technology, product innovation and executive strategy.
Strategic Responsibilities
Digital Wealth Architecture
Develop strategic frameworks for digitally delivered investment, wealth-management and financial-planning experiences.
Market Intelligence
Analyse fintech trends, competitive movements, customer behaviour, technological developments and emerging financial business models.
Product Innovation
Identify opportunities for new digital financial products and translate market signals into commercially viable product concepts.
AI & Automation
Determine where artificial intelligence can enhance financial analysis, customer engagement, personalisation, operational efficiency and decision-making.
Customer Experience
Create strategies that reduce friction across digital onboarding, financial discovery, account management and investment journeys.
Commercial Strategy
Develop business cases, market-entry strategies, partnership models and financial forecasts for new fintech initiatives.
Executive Advisory
Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership using rigorous commercial analysis, scenario modelling and measurable performance indicators.
What You Will Build
You will help establish a strategic framework capable of connecting:
Customer Intelligence → Financial Products → Digital Platforms → AI → Analytics → Revenue → Long-Term Customer Value
The objective is not simply to launch more financial products. It is to construct a coherent digital financial ecosystem in which technology, customer needs and commercial performance reinforce one another.
Ideal Candidate

8+ years in fintech, banking, consulting, investment technology, digital transformation or financial strategy.

Strong understanding of WealthTech and digital financial platforms.

Demonstrated experience developing enterprise or product strategies.

Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities.

Strong knowledge of AI-enabled financial services and emerging technology.

Ability to transform complex market information into clear strategic decisions.

Excellent executive presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience operating within Saudi Arabia or broader GCC markets is advantageous.
Indicative Compensation
SAR 50,000–78,000 monthly, depending on seniority, expertise and strategic mandate, with potential performance incentives and comprehensive executive benefits.
