Position Summary
The Head of Digital Wealth Platforms will be accountable for designing, evolving, and governing digital wealth ecosystems and capital allocation frameworks. This is a strategic system-level role focused on scalability, transparency, and operational robustness, not individual client advisory.
Strategic Objectives

Architect modular digital wealth platforms supporting multi-asset portfolios.

Define capital allocation logic, portfolio intelligence frameworks, and risk visibility mechanisms.

Establish standards for transparency, compliance, and regulatory reporting.

Design investor lifecycle systems from onboarding to long-term capital growth.

Integrate advanced analytics, AI personalization, and operational automation into platform workflows.
Core Responsibilities

Produce comprehensive architecture blueprints and operational roadmaps.

Define data models supporting performance tracking, risk analysis, and compliance reporting.

Align platform design with regulatory, governance, and best-practice standards.

Develop multi-year platform evolution strategies ensuring scalability and interoperability.

Collaborate with fintech engineers, capital market experts, and compliance teams to implement next-gen solutions.
Qualifications

12+ years in digital wealth technology, fintech product architecture, or investment platform engineering.

Strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio construction, and asset allocation strategies.

Ability to translate complex financial logic into operationally scalable digital systems.

Exceptional documentation, leadership, and strategic communication skills.
